He is survived by: his pet Lola; his wife Sally (Kohn); his sons, Andy and Tyler; his sisters, Kathy (Joy) of Hampshire, Mary Ann Kirk (Mike) of Elizabeth and Gloria Kubik (Gary) of Georgia; his sister-in-law Pam of Minnesota; and his mother Tillie of Hampshire. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
