He was predeceased by: his parents, James Smith and Marie Smith (Lindsay). He is survived by: his wife Helen (Lauderdale); his children, Steve of Geneva and Brenda Kohorst (Tom) of Geneva; his granddaughters, Madelyn Smith, Nicole and Tiffany Kohorst; and his sisters, Sharon Henrich and Kathy Sanders. He is also survived by three nieces, two nephews, and many other dear relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Heart Association in Jim's name, at 300 S. Riverside Plaza, Chicago, Illinois 60606 would be appreciated.
