Weltmer; her children, Stacey of The Woodlands and Britton of Geneva; her brothers, John (Kathy) and Jeff (Lesley); and her nieces and nephews, Kelly (Josh), Lauren (James), Johnny (Jacqueline) and Chase. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
