She was predeceased by: her spouse Louis Girard; and her siblings, Virginia Crain (Gin) and Max Presswood. She is survived by: her children, Carol and Garry; her grandchildren, Jim Barrett (Laura), Julie Renner (Kevin), Louis Girard (Ashley) and Garrett Girard; her great grandchildren, Jack, Ryan Barrett, Meredith, Leah and Mallory Renner; and her sisters, Melba Effler and Betty Mathieu. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and cherished friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Franciscan Court Supportive Living (West Chicago, IL) in Ida Mae's memory, for the wonderful care given there in her last months of life.
