He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Krywaruczenko and Maria Krywaruczenko (Tschiniak); his daughter Jaclyn Pahura; and his son-in-law Robert Gould. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Krywar; his children, Mary Gould (late Robert) and Gregory Krywaruczenko; his grandchildren, Erin Vazquez (Max), Patrick Carroll, Chloe Gould, Steven Krywaruczenko, Stacey Krywaruczenko and Gianni Pahura; and his great grandchildren, Lucas Wood and Quinn Wood.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Chicago Police Chaplains Ministry.
