He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Bowker and Bernice Bowker (Des Lauriers). He is survived by: his wife Rosalinda Bowker (Ramirez); his daughters, Lynette Renner (Dennis) of Cortland and Laurie Gatto (Craig) of Gurnee; his grandchildren, Hillary Rice (Josh) of McNabb and Bennett Gatto of Gurnee; his great grandchild Jonah Rice; and his siblings, Mary Nickels (Jim) of Nebraska and Joseph Bowker of Texas. He is also survived by animals and children, friends.
