It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald W. Meints (Geneva, Illinois), born in Clinton, Iowa, who passed away on January 15, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Meints and Grace Meints (Alexander). He is survived by: his wife Helen (Pietan); his daughters, Katherine Meints (James Natoli) of Chicago, Melinda Rudy (Dale) of Batavia, Elizabeth McGowan of Tennessee and Emily Mosciano (Kevin) of Geneva; his grandchildren, Jonathan Rudy (Katie), Rebecca, Benjamin Rudy, William, Hugh McGowan, Michael, James and Mia Mosciano; and his great grandchild Miriam Rudy. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
