Powell (Geneva, Illinois), born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on October 31, 2023, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, C. Ray Powell and Sharon Powell; his brothers, Scott and Wesley; his wife Christy Powell (Kelly); and his daughters, Kenna and Taylor.
