She is survived by: her parents, Norma Wagner and Louis; her husband Hairi Topalski; her daughter Selena Stloukal (Anthony) of St. Charles, IL; her grandchildren, Brooke and Nicholas Stloukal; her siblings, Daniel Williams (late Fran), Donna Goolsby (Mike), Dorothy Davis (Jim Ray), Darla Dillashaw, James Wagner, Christine Aragon (Carlos), Brenda Janssen (Dan) and Jeff Williams (Evelyn); and her close friend Brenda Welch. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, beloved aunts and cousins, and dear friends.
