He was predeceased by: his mother Elaine Skulborstad (Tufto). He is survived by: his father Parnell Skulborstad of Naples, FL; his wife Eva (Harvanek); his sons, Erik (Lauren) of Mequon, WI and Stephen of Geneva; his grandchildren, Madison and Elle; and his brothers, Jay (Judy) of Barrington and Jon of Naples, FL. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials to Trout Unlimited and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network would be appreciated.
