He is survived by: his parents, Michael Spriet and Sharon Spriet (Bohm); his children, Debra Hlavaty (Cody) of Texas, Michael of Sycamore and Jennifer of Sycamore; his grandchildren, Alley, Daucie, Trip, Corbin and Greyson; and his siblings, Barbara Bobbi (Neil), Kimberly, Kelly, Daniel, George, Robert (Renee) and Donald. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
