Totz and Bonita Lewis; his grandchildren, Christopher Hodge, Ariel Hodge, Nicole Wilson (Jason), Nathan Totz (Kathryn) and Amber Doan; and his great grandchildren, Lydia Wilson, Landon Wilson, Evelyn Totz and Josephine Hammrick. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
