He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Jerlene Howard; his wife Florence Randazzo; his daughters, Patricia (Ronald) and Deborah (Eric); and his siblings, George, Alan Howard, Dennis Howard and Diane Carver. He was also cherished by his wife, children, grandchildren, friends.
