He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Martin (Don), Beth Bavolek (Jared Thompson), Meggan Dahlgren (Matt), Amy Fitzgerald (Matt), Allyson Bavolek and Susan Hogan (Tobias); his grandchildren, Gracie Dahlgren, Breck Dahlgren, AJ Hogan, Rose Hogan, Donnie Martin, Lucy Fitzgerald, Lilli Martin, Ellie Fitzgerald, Kayla Hogan and Olive Bavolek; and his brothers, Rick Bavolek (Sherry) and Tom Bavolek (Peg).
