He was predeceased by: his parents, William Holmstrom and Kathryn Holmstrom (VanHyfte); and his brothers, Rudy Holmstrom and Ross Holmstrom. He is survived by: his former wife Betty Peterson; his wife Sandra Holmstrom of Geneseo; his children, Tim Holmstrom (Sherry) of Atkinson, Chris Holmstrom (Cyrena) of Canton, Georgia, Angela Himmelman (Scott) of Geneseo, Wanana Miller (Steve) of Kettering, OH, Wendy Loitz (Burt) of Colona, Stacy Hultman (Brett) of Atkinson, Marty Beuseling (Gloria) of Fate, TX and Corey Beuseling (Jessica) of Sugar Grove, IL; his sister-in-law Bette Holmstrom of Geneseo; and his nephew Ross Holmstrom (Scott Kelte). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to First Lutheran Church, 114 E. Main Street, Geneseo, IL.
