He is survived by: his mother Susan Borneman (Carr); his wife Connie Fleming; his children, Brandon Borneman (Alexis), Duane Fleming (Kathleen) and Patricia Fleming (Scott Vandemore); his siblings, Jerrilyn Borneman, Thomas Borneman and Richard Borneman (Jeannette); his mother-in-law Katherine Fleming; and his grandchildren, Jenah, Emilee Hart, Hudson Borneman and Samuel Fleming.
