He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Bultinck and Rose Bultinck (Grengs). He is survived by: his wife Sandy Bultinck; his children, Tony Bultinck (Tracey) and Christy Linsley (Bill); his sister Eileen Ayers; and his grandchildren, Bridget, Andrew Bultinck, Koy Linsley (Adriana), Kody Linsley (Sarah), Steven Linsley (Suzannne) and Cassie Linsley. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Geneseo VFW or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
