He was predeceased by: his parents, August and Margaret Sherbeyn, Jr. (Holevoet); his wife Betsy Stottler; and his brothers, Joseph and David.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Sherbeyn (April) of Portland, TN, Kelly Sherbeyn (Polly) of Geneseo, Annette Sherbeyn (Sunder Subbaroyan) of Davenport, IA and Penny Samuelson (Curt) of Geneseo; his siblings, Tom Sherbeyn (Debbie) of Geneseo and JoAnn Sager of Moline; his sisters-in-law, Joy Sherbeyn and Dorothy Sherbeyn; and his grandchildren, Zackary Sherbeyn, Kyle Guillermo (Ray), Lauren Sherbeyn, Gabrielle Sherbeyn, David Sherbeyn, Connor Sherbeyn, Buddy Sherbeyn, Paxton Sherbeyn, Mark Vandemore, Jacob Samuelson, Levi Samuelson (Paige), Noelle Logan (Isaac) and Noah Samuelson. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
