He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Temple; his daughters, Lisa Davis (Chris) of Marion, IA and Lori Adams-Phillips (Bryan); his grandchildren, Stephanie Davis of Normal, IL, Ryan Davis (Kelly), Emily and Jonathan; his great grandchild Charles Davis (Charlie) of Normal, IL; and his siblings, Michael Adams (Sherry) of Anaheim, CA, Mark Adams (Polly) and Julie Mauldin (David) of Morrison, IL..
