She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Matteson and Alma Matteson (Franzmann). She is survived by: her husband David Windy; her daughters, Judy Hill, Sally Foos and Nancy Dinkel; and her sister Shirley VanRyan. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
