He was predeceased by: his father Gilbert Marshall of Canton, IL.; and his mother-in-law Judy Wirth. He is survived by: his daughter Mia Marshall; and his wife Jodi Wirth. He is also survived by sibling in his family.

In lieu of flowers, a college fund has been set up at Central Bank of Illinois for his daughter Mia Marshall's education.
