He is survived by: his mother Sherrie Wade (Harms); his girlfriend Christine Welsh; his sons, Seth Wade, Nickolas Wade (Rebecca) and Wyatt Wade of Ames, IA; his grandchildren, Hunter and Kate Wade; and his brothers, Gary Wade, Daniel Wade (Charlene) and West.
