He is survived by: his wife Phyllis McPherson; his children, Rob Swain (Stacy) of Geneseo, IL, Michele Fenton (David) of Bettendorf, IA and Doug Swain (Jeannie) of Missoula, MT; his sister Donna Pavloff (Alex) of DeMotte, IN; and his grandchildren, Lindsey Swain, Nick Swain, Paige Swain, Jillian Atkinson Ben Swain and Sam Swain.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Alzheimer's Association.
