He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Mills and Elva Mills (Johnson); his sister-in-law Blair Mills (Patricia); and his nephew John Mills. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy M. Sears; his children, Karen Kosgard (Dan), Bettendorf, Craig Mills (Julie) and Rick Mills (Jen); and his grandchildren, Stephanie Kosgard, Jeremy, Jordan, Taylor, Ashton and Addie Mills.
