He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Stiner and Lucy Stiner (Plachaert); and his nephew Dale Miller. He is survived by: his wife Kay Stiner of Geneseo; his daughters, Susan Stiner (Bill Prevenost) of Bloomington, IL, Deborah Stiner of Geneseo and Audrey Scheider (Jeff) of Geneseo; his grandchildren, Nicole Prevenost, Sedonie Scheider and Meghan Scheider; and his sisters, Lois Miller of Montgomery, AL and Carol Jean Schenn of St. Augustine, FL..
