He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene G. Campbell and Anna B Campbell (Janssens); his brothers, Donald and Edward; and his close friend Larry Speckhart.

He is survived by: his wife Glennda; his children, Julie Bradley (Scott Bradley), R. Michael Campbell, Steven Campbell (Sarah Campbell) and Jennifer (Chad Weinzierl); and his grandchildren, Skylar Bradley, Chelsea Bradley, Quinne Weinzierl, Rylee Weinzierl and Dru Weinzierl.
