She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Pearson and Gertrude Pearson (Wert); her husband Vernon Haars; her brothers, Merton and Dale; her granddaughter Abby Nicole Burnett; and her great grandchild Curtis Haars.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Lievens (Richard), Karen Peters (Steve), Shirley Burnett (Michael), Orion, Donald Haars (JoAnn), Allen Haars (Suzi), Randy Haars (Terry) and Harvey Haars. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; forty-three great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
