He is survived by: his parents, Paul Willard and Carol Van Winkle (Stevens); his wife Jillian Wood; his children, Madison, Mackenzie Van Winkle of North Liberty and Michaela Remmels (Josh) of Cuba, Illinois; his siblings, Christian Van Winkle and Paula Johnson (Ron); his father-in-law Dave; and his brother-in-law Justin Wood (Ellee).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with additional expenses.
