He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Franz and Marion Franz (Nelson); and his sister Susan Andermann. He is survived by: his wife Carla Franz of Geneseo; his children, Marty Franz (Katy) of Sunnyvale, CA, Cheryl Hanger of Silvis, IL and Julie Boone (Josh) of Geneseo; his grandchildren, Chris Franz, Kaylee Hanger, Kyle Hanger, Brook Hanger, Payton Boone, Ashton Boone, Everly Boone and Chloe Boone; and his pet Lady.
