She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood A. "Woody" Kilberg and Marilyn J. Kilberg (Hummel). She is survived by: her husband Casey A. Welfer of Geneseo; her daughters, Danielle Nixon of Prophetstown and Kinsey Nixon of Prophetstown; her stepchildren, Katelyn Welfer, Griffin Welfer, Meghan Welfer and Ethan Welfer; her granddaughters, Rory, Avery and Kennedy; and her brother Mark Haverland of Arizona.
A memorial has been established to the First Congregational Church in Geneseo.
