We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2023, at the age of 93, Mark C. Garritson of Geneseo, Illinois, born in Hammond, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mark Garritson and Elsie Garritson (Brandt); his wife Margaret Van Henkelum; his children, Michael (Elizabeth), JessAnn Randich (Lawrence), Stephen (Barbara), Caryn Vandersnick (Larry) and Mark (Christine); and his grandchildren, Emily, Christopher, Stephen, Melissa, Stephanie, Ben, Krystal, Connor and Kayla.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Palos Community Church or Friends of Hennipin Canal.
