She was predeceased by: her parents, Camiel Verheye and Marie Verheye (Hermanns); and her husband Kenneth Baze. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Ortenzio (Joseph), Debbie Hart (Jerry), Daniel Mille (Trish) of Matthews, NC and Kim Baze (Fran); and her grandchildren, Dr. Rebecca Lee (Dave), Aaron Ortenzio (Tamu), Adam Mille (Amanda), Kate Harrison (Matthew), Shauna Thoene (Robert), Joshua Hart, Kelly Hart and Zachary Hart.
