She was predeceased by: her parents, MayLou Andresen and Harold Burgston; her granddaughter Simone Chapman; and her husband Wayne. She is survived by: her children, Brad Chapman (Kris) of Eau Claire, WI and Amy Stalzer (Reggie); her grandchildren, Hayley, Payton Chapman, Calvin and Casey Stalzer; her brother Richard Burgston (Charen) of Spring Hill, FL; and her stepmother Helen Burgston of Geneseo, IL. She is also survived by step-siblings; nieces; great-nieces and nephews; and many other family, friends, and coworkers.
