She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Edward Minnaert and Elsie Marie Turf Minnaert; and her husband Earl L. Shepherd. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Atchley (Timmy) and Cinnamon Mitchell (Bobby); and her grandchildren, Ashlin Atchley (Alisha), Skyler Atchley (Ashley), Casey Moses (Seth), Blake Atchley, Garrett Atchley, Tierney Hoffmann (Russell), Lindsey Mitchell, Kayleen Mitchell and Valerie Mitchell. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
