She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Hazel Pettit, Sr. (Stablein); her children, Kathy Pickett (Bruce), Bettendorf, Mickey King (Jeff), Patty Howard, Betsy Maher (Kiki Calumet), Mike Maher and Pete Maher (Kristen); her husband Mick Maher; her father Robert Pettit, Sr.; her sister Carolyn Thorton; and her niece Suzie Pettit. She was also cherished by twenty-one grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and a great-granddaughter on the way; mother, Hazel Pettit, Geneseo; sisters.
A Scripture Service will be held at 6:45 p.m. Memorials may be directed to the Joyce Maher Memorial Fund, which will be distributed among several charities.
