He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rounds and Edna Mae Rounds (Cox); and his wife Joan E. DeBeir. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Rounds (Peggy) of East Moline, Penny Galvin (Randy) of Moline, IL and Brenda Ferguson of Geneseo; his grandsons, Joshua and Brandon; his great grandchildren, Kinsley and Raygan; and his siblings, Jim Rounds (Shirley) of Hooppole, IL, Dave Rounds (Jeanie) of Colona, IL, Lawrence W. Rounds of Moline and Margaret McClary of Carbon Cliff, IL..
