He is survived by: his parent Darwood Smith; his spouse Andrea Pote Yedinak; his parent Marty Hannah; his children, Jeffrey Smith (Jordan) of Minooka, IL and Jenna Smith (Marcus Hart) of Lockport, IL; his grandchildren, Anastasia, Lily and Tessa; and his siblings, James Smith (Michelle), Galva, Michael Smith (Dayna), Kenneth Smith (Keri), Kevin Smith (Dawn Turner), Geneseo and Debbie Kosters (Harry) of Morris, IL..
