She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Lewis and Orva Lewis (Whitacker); her husband Kenneth Lewis; and her siblings, Leslie VanZuiden, Donald Peterson and Gayle VanDerSnick.
She is survived by: her children, Dee Smith of Bartonville, IL and Dean Lewis (Nita) of Lathrop, MO; her grandchildren, Zach Lewis, Evan Lewis, Drake Lewis, Brock Lewis, Grant Lewis, Kyleigh Burke (Justin) and Zoey Smith; and her great grandchildren, Harper Burke and Sawyer Dieckow.
