He is survived by: his father Jack Hayes Sr. (Gloria) of Depue, IL; his wife Tanya Hayes (Simpson) of Geneseo; his adoptive son Trace Hayes of Sandwich, IL; his stepdaughter Chaney Dixon (Bryan) of Granville, IL; his siblings, Dave Hayes of Depue, Jason Hayes (Lana) of Depue, Ernest E. Jauch of Princeton, IL and Christine Kessinger (Doug) of Dover, IL; his grandchildren, Joslyn, Greyson and Xander; and his mother-in-law Rebecca Haywood. He is also survived by his family, grandchildren and his church family.
