He was predeceased by: his father Richard F.; his brother Richard; and his siblings-in-law, Tamara Dickens and Bruce Hall. He is survived by: his siblings, Dee Hall, Troy Dickens (Marlene) and Tim Dickens (Anne Nakai); and his sister-in-law Sherry Dickens. He is also survived by friends, especially all of his nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
