She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Mills and Ina Mills (Thompson); her husband Charles Lowe; and her brother Clinton Mills. She is survived by: her children, John Lowe (Marjorie) of Davenport, IA and Debra Riley (Peter) of Peoria, IL; her grandchildren, Alexis, Benjamin and Maxwell Riley; her sister-in-law Carol Mills; her nephew Clint Mills; and her niece Cheryl Mills.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in her name to Grace United Methodist Church.
