He is survived by: his children, Jeff Toppert (Deb) of East Moline, IL, Julie Cannon (Kevin), Michelle Milham (Mark), Suzanne Toppert, Brad Toppert (Susan) and Ashley Toppert; his grandchildren, Abagael Nunnery (Lance), Tiffany Johnson (Luke), Jenna Robertson (Don), Nichole Marranca (Anthony), Ralph Milham (Hayley) and Antonia Martinez; his great grandchildren, Lily, Leyton Johnson, Ethan, Hudson Marranca, Azaleigha, Alejandra, Robert Martinez, Daria Robertson and Talen Milham; his sisters, Patricia Doubler, Nancy Moore (Bill) and Sandra Gradert (Dean); and his close friend Beverly Kluever.
