It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Bergeson of Geneseo, Illinois, born in Albert Lea, Minnesota, who passed away on November 2, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bergeson and Carolyn Bergeson (Limpert); his brothers, Albert and Lowell Bergeson (Jim); his nephew Jeffery Bergeson; and his brother Leonard.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Shackelford; his daughter Jamie Myers of Bettendorf, IA; his siblings, Marlys Vermeire of Fuquay, NC, Beverly Stanton of Derby, KS and Kevin Bergeson; and his nephew Andrew Bergeson.
Frank had worked Heavy Construction most of his life including many years at Blackhawk Foundation and was known as "Boss" & "One Way" among other names.
