It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Dale Thiessen of Geneseo, Illinois, who passed away on April 9, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theron Thiessen and Ella Thiessen (Spies); his sons, Mitchell Thiessen and Brent Thiessen; and his brother Kenneth Thiessen.
He is survived by: his wife Moreen M. Schaecher; his daughters, Kelly Thiessen of Austin, TX and Karri Thiessen of Parrish, FL; his granddaughter Nicole Thiessen; his great grandchildren, Mia and Calvin; and his brother Richard Thiessen (Kaye) of Blue Grass, IA..
