He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Edward and Emma Marie "Mary" Eiklor (Mittelstaedt); and his brother Howard Eiklor. He is survived by: his wife Eileen G. Bruhnke; his children, Lisabeth McQuaid (Jeffery) of Wauconda, IL, Jennifer Garner (James) of Sherrard, IL and Valerie Amans (Robert) of Porter, IN; his grandchildren, Alana Opdahl (Daniel) of Williamsport, PA, Jaclyn Bankert (Joshua) of Wauwatosa, WI, Brandon McQuaid of Wauconda, IL, Nicolette Roszkowski (Christopher) of Chicago, IL and Carissa McQuaid of Williamsport, PA; and his great grandchildren, Hudson and Liam Bankert.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Concordia Lutheran Church, WVIK Public Radio, or Fairview Methodist Church in Cropsey, IL.
