She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank West and Alta West (Grier); her siblings, Genevieve Delp and Laverne West; and her son-in-law Fred Lord.

She is survived by: her children, Richard Gradert (Lyn), Jean Lord, Diane Olson (Dean) and Barbara Fehlman (Bruce). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made in her name to the Geneseo Humane Society, Grace United Methodist Church or Geneseo Education Foundation.
