Douglas A. Packer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas A. Packer of Geneseo, Illinois, who passed away on January 4, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Packer and Lucille Packer (Stage); and his siblings, Marilyn Waite, Barbara Dowell, Ross Harold and Donald Packer.
He is survived by: his wife Diana of Geneseo; his children, Jason Packer (Raven) of Carmi, IL, Brooke Rogowski of Atlanta and Brina Mauch (Rick Chase) of Bettendorf, IA; his grandchildren, Katelynn Fritz (Tyler), Dylan Kress, Dusty Kress (Cierra Piasecki), Maddie Mauch, Cheyenne Layman (Ally), Avery Packer (Bo Fry) and Jozie Perkins; his great grandchildren, Lilly Fritz and Owyn Fritz; and his pets, Charlie and Jazz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to the Doug Packer family and will be distributed amongst local charities.
