He is survived by: his mother Peggy Neely (Gearhart); his wife Tracy Hofmann Glawe; his siblings, Derrick Skiles (Therresa) and Danise Neely Hotham (Mike) of Erie, IL; his nieces and nephews, Devin Neely, Skylar Neely, Mandi Skiles, Megan Skiles, Morgan Skiles, Ally DeLaCruz and Tess Skiles; and his pet Shelby.
Memorials may be directed to the Doug Neely Memorial Fund and distributed amongst several organizations.
