He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Minnaert and Sophia Minnaert (Vandersnick); his siblings, Eugene Minnaert, David Minnaert and Delores Thomas (Minnaert); his children, Virginia Minnaert and Donte Minnaert; and his grandsons, Michael Minnaert and Jace Siebe.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Alice Williams; his sister Joyce Wisdom (Minnaert); and his adoptive son Joe DeFauw Geneseo.
