He was predeceased by: his parents, William Daniels and Blanche Daniels (Sturm). He is survived by: his wife Norma Stenzel; his sons, Dr. Thomas Alan Daniels and Dr. Robert Scott Daniels (Julie); his grandchildren, Erin Rubach (Alan), Gregory Daniels (Katie), Seth Daniels, Michael Daniels, Will Daniels and Rachel Daniels; and his great grandchild Logan.

Memorials may be directed to St. John's Lutheran Church and the Robert Daniels Memorial Fund.
